The restaurant. Fully equipped kitchen, a parrilla and a wood-burning oven, seating for 40, established with local and visiting custom.

The rentals. Three two-bedroom houses of 45 to 120 m² and seven one-bedroom apartments of 25 to 40 m², all with air conditioning, all in good condition, let both short and long term. In total 550 m² of construction, 13 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, plus a laundry area and a caretaker's house.

Water and pools. Two pools, 2.5 by 4 meters and 2.5 by 5 meters. Three water tanks of 1,200, 1,800 and 2,400 liters.
