Luxury Nature Retreat in Costa Rica

A five-bedroom estate on nearly 70,000 m² in Delicias, fifteen minutes by car from Montezuma, ten from Cóbano and twenty to thirty from Santa Teresa, with a duck pond, a pool, a tennis court and a separate caretaker's house.

The main house. Three en-suite bedrooms, a large kitchen and dining area, and a wide terrace over the pond and garden.

The second building. Two private en-suite bedrooms, bringing the total to five bedrooms and five bathrooms, plus a sixth bathroom with a shower serving the pool and outdoor area.

Outside. Pool and a large unheated jacuzzi, a sauna, a tennis court, an outdoor barbecue lounge, an enclosed storage building and stables. Fruit trees and mountain views. Wildlife is constant; monkeys in the trees and ducks on the pond.

The caretaker's house. Two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen and living room, so the estate can be managed when you are away.

Furnishings. Handcrafted furniture and household items, much of it from Bali.

Services. Public water and a well. Public road access, carport, titled. The owners rent it in the high season; ask us for the records.
